Marcelo “coldzera” David has joined 00Nation, the organization has announced on Twitter.
After spending the previous several months on the sidelines, the two-time top player in the world from 2016 and 2017 found a new home. Coldzera was a member of Complexity’s roster from September to November last year, when he attempted to qualify for the PGL Stockholm Major 2021. Despite this, the international squad was unable to achieve so, its attempts at European competitions were unsuccessful, resulting in a roster turnover in November.
According to multiple reports, coldzera was planning to collaborate with former Luminosity and SK Gaming teammates Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo, Fernando “fer” Alvarenga, and Lincoln “fnx” Lau on a project titled “The Last Dance,” but he ultimately decided to go his own way due to differences with the rest of the rumored lineup. Instead, he’s joined 00Nation, a group of considerably younger players from his native country who have been fighting to build a name for themselves in the scene since they first got together as the O PLANO project in early 2021.
