Age of Empires 4 Release Date Confirmed!

Xbox studios announced the release date for Age of Empires 4. The reveal came during the Xbox presentation at the E3 2021.

People were expecting this last game of the popular series for a while. The game was first revealed at the 2017 Gamescom event. Then, it didn’t appear until Microsoft’s X019 event in 2019. During E3, developers finally revealed some battle mechanics for the game.

Release Date Finally Revealed!

During E3, Relic and Microsoft released a video of gameplay and announced a release date for the game. Age of Empires 4 will make a debut on PC on October 28, 2021. It will also be available on Xbox Game Pass from the first day.

As we can see in the video, destructible walls, large armies, different nations and stories draw our attention. There will be 8 different civilizations in the game. It will also have 4K support. Furthermore, this game claims to offer a next-gen gameplay experience.

The game covers a 500-year period from the Dark Ages to the Renaissance. It includes a lot of missions for this period as well. It is worth noting that this game also includes naval battles. Age of Empires 4 includes important historical figures. For example, there is the Genghis Khan and his mighty Mongolian Army. The game supports online experience for up to 7 people. There is a training mode and easy difficulty for first-time players.
