Apex Legends Season 9 Will Offer Lots Of Titanfall Content!

Respawn Entertainment has recently become one of the most popular gaming studios. The biggest reasons for this are Apex Legends and Titanfall, which they released earlier. The players loved Titanfall and its lore, and developers continued the story with Apex Legends. Although Respawn announced that they are not working on Titanfall 3, with Apex Legends Season 9, developers will offer Titanfall content to players.

After they launched Titanfall 2 in 2016, Respawn surprised us all with Apex Legends because we were all expecting a sequel from the company that made its name with the series. But Apex Legends is also part of the series, and that’s why we can’t say that Respawn tricked us. The battle royale game, launched in February 2019, has become the apple of the studio’s eyes. Since its release, developers have managed to retain players with new content and have increased the number of active players with the season system. The game is currently in its eighth season and will move to Season 9 in less than a month.

“Apex Legends and Titanfall Are Connected”

Therefore, Apex Legends players are already excited about the new season. The developers don’t want to spoil the excitement, but they’re slowly starting to give little hints. Developers who joined BrownGirlGamerCode‘s vodcast gave information about the future of the game. Ashley Reed, the senior writer of the game, told the relationship between Titanfall and Apex Legends.

What’s going on in Titanfall is a war, Apex is what happens after the war, like what is life like in this place? So we’re trying to integrate Titanfall into that because Titanfall’s very much a part of the universe.

Ashley Reed

We can easily understand that both games are connected. Apex Legends already has a lot of references to Titanfall. Apart from that, there are similar, even the same content. For example, in Titanfall, dinosaurs were known as Moyais, appear as Leviathans in Apex Legends.

“In Season 9, Players Are Going To See Tons Of Titanfall Content In Apex Legends”

Chad Grenier, the game’s director, also talked about it. He said directly that Apex Legends players meet a lot of Titanfall content in next season.

Next season, Season 9, you’re actually going to see a ton of Titanfall coming back into the game, in one way or another. I’ve told some people before, if you’re a Titanfall fan, hang on for Season 9 because there’s gonna be some really cool stuff there.

Chad Grenier

Actually, a significant number of Apex Legends players have never experienced Titanfall before. With these connections, we can say that Respawn is kind of advertising Titanfall. For now, there are no other clues other than that, but as we approach the release of Season 9, we’ll surely hear more details. But what we do know about Season 9, Respawn will balance the strength of some legends.
