Astralis has officially announced 22 years-old Asger “Farlig” Jensen’s signing. In the Danish team, the newcomer took the place of Philip “Lucky” Ewald, who was then benched.
In a statement to the club’s press department, Astralis’ Director of Sports Kasper Hvidt stated that Lucky failed to exhibit his full potential during his seven months with the squad. Because of his expertise and high individual level of play, the manager expressed hope that the new AWPer will have a beneficial influence on the team’s performance in the quickest period feasible.
Due to the youngster’s troubles on the sniper, he was removed from AWPing responsibilities for numerous tournaments during his time with Astralis, including the final three events of 2021, with Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander filling in.

Farlig formerly worked at FunPlus Phoenix before joining Astralis. As a consequence of FPX’s exit from the competitive CS:GO scene in 2021, the European squad failed to gain any success and was disbanded.
Farlig was signed as a free agent by Astralis. His first match with the new lineup is slated to take place in ESL Pro League Season 15, which begins on March 30.
