Today was the First Strike Turkey’s last day. The grand final took place between BBL Esports and Futbolist. BBL managed to win against Futbolist by 3-0 and became the champion of the tournament. They also faced each other at the upper bracket final and BBL, again, won that match by 2-0.
Since BBL was the best team of the upper bracket, they started the series with a 1-0 lead. All they had to do was win two games, which they did.
The map of the first game was Haven. Every player decided to play their main agents in that game.
Both teams made some positional mistakes during the game, because of that, the game was quite head-to-head. Clutch moments, needless to say, affected the result. But it’s not wrong to say “Mistakes affected the result too.”.
The first half of the game was finished with a score of 6-6. Futbolist might have had some communication problems with themselves, so they lost the game by 13-10, and BBL gained a bigger advantage in the series.
The second map of the series was Split. Some players chose different agents from the first game.
BBL started the game as Defenders. They are known for their “aggressive defenses”, so they played the first half that way. Their strategy kind of worked well and BBL won the first half by 7-5. The second half was going head-to-head, but BBL won the half by 6-5. By winning the third point in the series, BBL became the champion of Valorant First Strike Turkey. They also won a monetary prize of 160.000 Turkish Liras from the 400.000 Turkish Liras worth prize pool.
With the fans voting on Twitter, BBL Esports’ LEGOO is chosen as MVP.
