BBL ESPORTS Parts Ways With Eray “GAIS” Sarıkaya

BBL Esports, one of the successful teams of the Turkish VALORANT scene, announced that they have parted ways with Eray “GAIS” Sarıkaya, who has been the coach of the team since team’s establishment.

You can read our own interview that we made with Eray “GAIS” Sarıkaya here.

In the announcement made by BBL Esports on their social media account regarding the separation, they shared a clip of Eray “GAIS” Sarikaya’s entertaining scenes and wished him success in his future career.

“We have parted ways with our Valorant team coach, Eray “GAIS” Sarıkaya.
We wish him success in his career.”

We can say that, even though GAIS was excited to win the First Strike Turkey championship with BBL Esports, things did not go as he wanted further down the road. Especially after the team’s performance in VCT 2021: Turkey Stage 3, which was seriously questioned, the team and the coach parted ways.

BBL Esports had lastly competed in VCT 2021: Turkey 3rd Stage 2nd Qualifier. Then, after losing 2-0 to Beşiktaş Esports in the Quarterfinals of the Winners bracket, the team that competed in the Main Event left the tournament by losing 2-1 to Fire Flux Esports in the losers bracket.

People sent countless support messages to GAIS, who garnered great sympathy with his entertaining analysis broadcasts. In his statement on his social media account, the 27-year-old successful coach did not neglect to thank the management team and the fans.

As esportimes, We wish Eray “GAIS” Sarıkaya success in his future career.
