It’s knockouts time at the BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown Europe 2022, with eight teams competing in a best-of-three format beginning with the quarterfinals on Wednesday.
Last year’s finalists, G2 Esports and Gambit, are not returning this year, but make no mistake: there are eight fascinating teams all deserved who have made it this far.
The tournament’s entire prize fund is $67,500, and it will take place from April 27 to May 1. The main prize is a spot in the Blast Premier Spring Final 2022, which will be handed to the team that finishes first. Along with tier-1 European teams, a few Asian teams will receive their first taste of fighting in the main lane.
