Fnatic Signs With Smooya Instead of Jackinho!

Fnatic, one of the biggest esports teams in the world, has signed with Smooya instead of English player Jackinho. The former star of BIG will debut in the DreamHack Open.

The team, who could not qualify for the PGL Major Stochkolm 2021 tournament, was able to get 294 RMR points.

Fnatic, which has had bad results in the last few months, is preparing to make changes in its staff. German CS:GO star Smooya will be playing instead of Jackinho, who was announced as a backup this afternoon. European team Fnatic announced that they will be transferring an AWP player.

Jackinho worked hard to become fnatic’s ‘AWP player‘. However, his continued ups and downs made him unable to stay in a team like Fnatic. The English player, who has been playing for the fnatic team for about 10 months, had to look for a new team as of today.

With the latest changes, the team’s roster is as follows:

  • KRIMZ
  • ALEX
  • Brollan
  • mezii
  • Smooya (Stand-In)

Smooya, who is expected to be on the team for a certain period of time, will play in the DreamHack Open November 2021 Closed Qualifiers and IEM Winter Open Qualifiers. No statement was made by the organization for the player whose future in the team will be determined according to the transfer situation.

Fnatic stated that the new player to be transferred will be someone who fits the team’s goals.
