One of the most successful Turkish organizations, Futbolist had built its first team for Pubg Mobile. The organization, which achieved great success on this competitive scene, became very popular. Later, the organization decided to set up teams for VALORANT and League of Legends: Wild Rift. However, the Wild Rift team had a very unsuccessful year, and the organization decided to part ways.
The organization disbanded the Wild Rift team is founded on February 24, 2021. N. Ali “Pygas” Hakan, who left the team, made the following statements:
After 1 year of adventure, I have parted ways with @FutbolistCo. I would like to thank all my former teammates who shared this adventure with me. Also, with love to the whole Futbolist family, especially to Sinan, Cesur, and Baki from the Futbolist team.
Batuhan “Wreqna” Turgay, another player who left the team, made the following statements:
I always tried to do my best. I would like to thank all my teammates and the Futbolist team for this wonderful adventure we had together. Thank you for everything. I love everyone individually, but especially Sakorphe Yağız, Seraphanie Bige, Sweast Kerem, thank you for always supporting me.
The organization said in a statement:
We have parted ways with our League of Legends: Wild Rift team, which has achieved many successes while wearing the Futbolist jersey in the 2021 season. We wish our coach and players success in their future careers. Thanks for everything!
