Hearthstone Grandmasters 2021 Season 2 starts this weekend and there have been changes in its formats. There will also be gift drops throughout the tournament. Hearthstone Grandmasters 2021 Season 2 will start on August 13 and have its final on October 10.
Hearthstone Grandmasters 2021 Season 2 will both use Last Hero Standing and Conquest formats. Specialist format, which was in Season 1, has been removed.
In Last Hero Standing format, the player chooses 4 decks and the opponent bans one of them. The winning player moves on to the next match with the deck they won. The losing player loses their deck and takes one of the remaining decks available.
In Conquest format, the player chooses 4 decks and one of them is banned by the opponent. Once a player wins a match with a deck they cannot play with that deck again. The losing player can change the deck. The first player to win a match with 3 decks will end the match.
The tournament will take place every weekend (including Friday) from August 13 to October 10. The tournament will have a break on the weekend of August 27-30, as it is the Master Tour.

Hearthstone Grandmasters 2021 Season 2 first week decks have been revealed. Warlock was the most brought deck in America and Europe. Overall, the European players’ deck selection was OTK Demon Hunter, Face Hunter, Questline Warlock, and Questline Mage.
General game plan; Do not finish your questline with extremely aggressive decks against questline playing classes. The reason the Warrior deck wasn’t selected for Europe is that Questline is powerless against popular decks. Control Warrior may be slow. It looks like OTK Demon Hunter has been brought against Questline-based Warlock decks for America. These two decks have managed to become the most popular decks in America. In Asia-Pacific, on the other hand, there is a completely different distribution of meta and decks. This week, the meta was built on very fast decks and early completed Questlines, although the percentage of wins is still unclear due to the hectic meta of the decks.
