After a long wait, Activision Blizzard has finally announced that the Overwatch 2 closed beta is coming soon. The first closed beta session will be held in April.
Participants will get the chance to experience all the features the developers are working on, including the new hero Sojourn. So far, not much information has been revealed about Sojourns’ abilities. So the beta will be important in this respect.
Players will also be able to play some of Overwatch 2’s new maps. The maps in the closed beta will be Circuit Royale, Midtown, New Queen Street and Colloseo. Reworks for Orisa, Doomfist, Bastion, and Sombra will also be put to the test.
To sign up, players need to go to the Overwatch website and make sure they’re signed in with their Battle.net account.
It is important to remember that the site will see a lot of traffic. So it may take some time for you to successfully sign up. Players who have successfully signed up will receive a message saying so.
