ESL’s first major LAN event in North America since ESL One New York 2019, IEM Dallas, open qualifiers are now available for registration. The $250,000 event will be held from June 3-5, with 16 teams competing, six of which will be selected in closed qualifications held in four different areas.
The road to the main event will begin with open qualifiers for North America, South America, Europe, and Australia-New Zealand, which will begin on April 11 and culminate on May 4 with the final day of closed qualifications.
In Europe and North America, the top two teams from each open qualifier will proceed to the closed round, however, in South America and Australia, and New Zealand, only one team from each qualifier will advance.
Teams who qualify for the closed qualifier will compete against a number of invited teams for a berth in the main event, with two teams from Europe and North America qualifying, and one team from South America and Australia and New Zealand qualifying.
