KRU Esports, owned by world-renowned South American player Sergio “Kun” Aguero, has formed a Rocket League team to compete in the 2021/2022 Rocket League championship. KRU Esports will be appearing in Rocket League scene for the first time.

On October 14, KRU Esports officially announced its roster that will compete in 2021/2022. The players are as follows:

  • Sebastian “PAN” Parra
  • Matias “Roblah” Rocha
  • Daniel “artezzy” Gonzalez
  • They also announced Pablo “pekitas” Agustín Novelli as the head of the team.

KRU Esports will play in the South America region of the Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS). This series will be important for the International Major and World Championship.

KRU will soon complete the team’s tests for the RLCS 2021/22 South America. It will take in a single day on October 15. The team will compete against Pan, Novus Aevi, The Three Sings and SAM’s runner-up FURIA. They aim to face off against tough opponents in the event in Switzerland.

The rules are pretty clear; win 3 series and you advance, lose 3 series and you are eliminated. In particular, KRU has to collect enough circuit points to win the prize pool money. Thus, they will become qualified enough for the upcoming Christmas LAN event.
