Legendary esports organization MIBR has been acquired by Spun Media and will now operate under a newly established division called EZOR.
Brazilian tech media company Spun Media completed the acquisition of MIBR, adding the team to its growing esports portfolio. The company will also manage another Brazilian team, LOS, under the EZOR brand.
Spun Media has announced an $18.5 million investment plan for the EZOR project, spread over the next five years. According to Spun Media CEO Joao Pedro Manetti, the goal of this investment is “to grow communities even further and ensure that Brazil is represented in more international tournaments.”
