Mixwell Joined Team Heretics

Spanish esports organization Team Heretics signed former G2 Esports player Óscar “mixwell” Cañellas Colocho. Heretics completed their second transfer for VCT 2023 season with this signing, with the first being Melih “paura” Karaduran.

The 27-year-old player was playing under G2 Esports since the start of his VALORANT career. Some of his successes with his former team are top-four finish in VCT: 2021 Stage 3 Masters Berlin and VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers.

Team Heretics, on the other hand, didn’t get the results they wanted this year. The team finished eighth in VRL 2022 Spain: Rising Stage 2, and failed to advance to VALORANT Champions 2022.

G2 Esports was likely to part ways with the VALORANT roster as the organization failed to acquire a partnership for VCT 2023. Mixwell will reunite with his former teammate Wassim “keloqz” Cista with this move.

Now, the Team Heretics lineup is as follows:

  • Christian “lowel” Garcia Antoran
  • Wassim “keloqz” Cista
  • Melih “paura” Karaduran
  • Oscar “mixwell” Cañellas Colocho
