The third of the qualifiers for the First Strike Finals, which will be held in Turkey with a monetary award of 400,000 ₺, has been completed today.
First Strike 3rd Open Qualifiers witnessed some excellent matches. Mod-Z and Anatolia e-Sports were the teams that qualified. 4 teams were determined to secure their place in the First Strike Finals, where 8 teams will participate in. These were the teams of Oxygen Esports, Futbolist, Sangal Esports, and BBL Esports.
In the First Strike Qualifier#3 Winners Group, Mod-Z Esports and Anatolia e-Sports faced each other. In the series where the matches were completed with very close scores, Mod-Z Esports won 2-1 and became the first team to go to the First Strike Finals.
Anatolia e-Sports, which was defeated in the final, fell into the Losers Group and competed against the 5NOOBS team. It was the last chance for both teams to make it to the First Strike Finals.
We watched an exciting series in the final of Losers Group. Anatolia e-Sports team won the first game with 13-7. In the second match, the victory went to the 5NOOBS team with a score of 13-8, and the score in the series was 1-1. The third game was so competitive too, it was going on both sides, but Anatolia e-Sports opened the break in the second half. At the end of the series, Anatolia e-Sports only gave 1 round to their opponent and finished the series by 2-1.
Thus, two more teams managed to get out of the third open qualifier and write their name to the First Strike Finals. However, only two teams remained in the main tournament, with only one open qualifier left. Registration for the last open qualifier, First Strike Qualifier#4, will close on 17th of November and the tournament will start again on the same day. Then the final teams to go to the main tournament will be determined. You can find detailed information here.
