On May 30, xaoc denied on Twitter that NAVI is in talks to sign Latvian star Mareks “YEKINDAR” Gainskis, and followed up on May 31 with a comment to Dexerto in which he revealed that Denis “electroNic” Sharipov could take over Boombl4’s IGL role, and that they are keeping an eye on Timur “buster” Tulepov as a possible signing.

If electroNic takes over the calling, it will be the Russian’s first effort at leading a squad. Since November 2017, he has been a standout performer for the Black and Yellow, finishing in the top ten of the best players list for four years in a row. Andrey “B1ad3” Gorodenskiy remarked on electroNic’s development as a player at the start of 2021, stating that he expects the Russian will become a more veteran role in the squad as Valeriy “b1t” Vakhovskiy and Ilya “Perfecto” Zalutskiy develop into stars.

Current NAVI lineup:

  • Aleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev
  • Denis “electroNic” Sharipov
  • Ilya “Perfecto” Zalutskiy
  • Valeriy “b1t” Vakhovskiy
  • Andrey “B1ad3” Gorodenskiy (Coach)
