NAVI COO Alexey “xaoc” Kucherov talked about regarding the club’s future after Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhailov was removed from the squad due to “severe reputational concerns”.

On May 30, xaoc denied on Twitter that NAVI is in talks to sign Latvian star Mareks “YEKINDAR” Gainskis, and followed up on May 31 with a comment to Dexerto in which he revealed that Denis “electroNic” Sharipov could take over Boombl4’s IGL role, and that they are keeping an eye on Timur “buster” Tulepov as a possible signing.

If electroNic takes over the calling, it will be the Russian’s first effort at leading a squad. Since November 2017, he has been a standout performer for the Black and Yellow, finishing in the top ten of the best players list for four years in a row. Andrey “B1ad3” Gorodenskiy remarked on electroNic’s development as a player at the start of 2021, stating that he expects the Russian will become a more veteran role in the squad as Valeriy “b1t” Vakhovskiy and Ilya “Perfecto” Zalutskiy develop into stars.
