Almost six months after he joined the main roster, NAVI sent “Arch” to the bench. The player stated that he will evaluate the offers for the IGL position.
The squad formed right at the start of VCT Stage 3 dominated the CIS qualifiers. They even qualified to compete in the EMEA Challengers Playoffs. The first match of this round had started well for them and they had an unexpected win against Team Liquid. After this win, they took losses against Acend and Giants Gaming. Since then, they’ve had mediocre results apart from their second place in the Navi Moscow Cybersport Series #4 tournament.
In a statement on his personal Twitter account, he said:
Hello everyone, for some it might be a shock, for some not, but i got benched from @natusvincere for the upcoming season. It was a honor to play under such organisation, that i have been looking up since childhood. It was really a DREAM. When i joined i promised to lead it to the World’s best but unfortunately sometimes it happens like this and i cant do anything about it.
I am looking for opportunities as IGL for 2022 season as a Free Agent, i am motivated and hungry to lead another team to EMEA and further, it doesnt matter if i join one or build another one from scratch (i already get something on my mind), trust me and u wont regret.
Thank you for your time and RT’s are appreciated <3
As esportimes, we wish good luck to “Arch”.
