BIG announced their new coach, Niclas “enkay J” Krumhorn, on their official Twitter account. The organization parted ways with Nikola “LEGIJA” Ninic, who was the team’s coach for a while.
Prior to BIG, enkay J worked as an analyst at mousesports, Team EnVyUs, and G2, and as a coach at Sprout and ALTERNATE aTTaX.
BIG’s CEO Daniel Finkler said:
First of all, we would like to thank Nikola “LEGIJA” Ninic for his services as interim coach in the past months and wish him all the best on his future career path. With LEGIJA, we were able to successfully qualify for the past Major and the BLAST Fall Finals in November.
From today on Niclas “enkay J” Krumhorn will take over the Head-Coach position with immediate effect. With his vast experience throughout his long career, Niclas brings a lot of expertise and knowledge to the team, which will surely contribute to the team’s development in 2022 and beyond.

The 32-year-old coach had his most successful period with Sprout. During this period, he managed to win tournaments such as ESL Meisterschaft: Winter 2019 – Regular Season, ESL Meisterschaft Winter 2019, ESL Meisterschaft: Spring 2020, ESEA Season 34: Premier Division – Europe, and ESL Meisterschaft: Spring 2021.
