Sangal Esports’ Wild Rift Team Breaks Up!

Turkish representative Sangal Esports‘ Wild Rift team broke up one after another. The organization parted ways with Te Di, Nyssa, Lemiom and Kesko.

Sangal Esports said in a statement on their official Twitter account that they broke up with the players by mutual agreement. The team’s manager pointed to Origin Series as the reason for the breakups.

The 4 names who left the Sangal Esports Wild Rift team are as follows;

  • Selim “Te Di” Koç
  • Emirhan “Nyssa” Okumuş
  • Aziz Batuhan “Lemiom” Bodur
  • Ozan “Kesko” Keskin

Sangal Esports had an average performance in the Wild Rift Origin Series qualifiers. In the event where SuperMassive Blaze was the champion, they got the 9th spot.

After the breakup news, only Eyüp “COOLFx” Tunç remained in the team.

Umut ”Standhaft” Berk, Wild Rift Team Manager of the organization, stated that some new information will be announced soon:

We have left behind a tiring and stressful 6-month period. Unfortunately, we ended our Origin Series adventure, which started well, with a result that did not satisfy any of us. As a result of the negotiations we had afterwards, we decided to part ways with our players Te Di, Nyssa, Lemiom and Kesko by mutual agreement.

We have decided to restructure in order to fulfill our responsibility to our fans and to carry the name of our organization to the top. We will announce the developments about our new staff soon, a good future awaits us.
