smooya: “s1mple and NiKo make over $50,000 a month!”

Former Fnatic player Owen “smooya” Butterfield, exposed the pay of various Professional Esports players during a live stream on his Twitch channel. He mentioned that Alexandr “s1mple” Kostyliev and Nikola “NiKo” Kovač, who are among the top players in the world, make more than $50,000 every month.

Copenhagen Flames or Entropiq? Copenhagen Flames are really underpaid. When they made it to the top 8 of the Major, they had $2,000 a month. ZywOo gets $40,000? He gets more than that. GamerLegion? Like $5,000. I think Copenhagen Flames get $5,000. They were supposed to join Complexity and get $10,000 salary, but then Complexity pulled the plug. I actually don’t know anything about m0NESY. s1mple and NiKo make over $50,000 a month, but they deserve it. SINNERS? Like $4,000.

The information about the players’ earnings was gained through interviews with various officials of the professional world, according to the smooya.
