Team Liquid Announce YEKINDAR Signing

Team Liquid announced on their official Twitter account that Mareks “YEKINDAR” Gaļinskis officially joined their roster permanently.

YEKINDAR was playing as a stand-in for Liquid since June 2022 to fill the spot left by the departure of “Shox“. During this time the squad managed to finish in top-six in IEM Cologne 2022. They also finished runner-up at ESL Pro League Season 16, defeated by Vitality. The roster has reached to third place in HLTV’s rankings after the successful results. Since joining Liquid, YEKINDAR has been averaging 1.16 rating.

The first tournament YEKINDAR will officially play under Team Liquid is the IEM Rio Major, which starts on October 31st. The roster will play its first match on November 5th as they already qualified for the legends stage since they finished first in Americas RMR.

The current Team Liquid lineup is as follows:
