Twitch Bit scammers made a cyber attack on streamer Pelin “pqueen” Baynazoğlu. While pqueen was live streaming, scammers revealed her address and phone by sending Bits.
pqueen, who is one of the streamers who support the #TemizTwitch tag on Twitter, has therefore become the target of scammers.
Making a statement after this cyber attack, Pqueen and KendineMuzisyen said that Twitch management should now do something. Pelin stated that the scammers who threatened her were able to do this because of Twitch’s irresponsibility.
In the tweets, pqueen said:
Right now, they shared my home address and phone number by sending bits because I was talking about the bit scammers on the live stream. What is Twitch planning to do? @Twitch
I am very angry right now. The scammers are so bold because of Twitch’s irresponsibility. I can block them in my own chat, but what if they write in another chat? What if they come and send bits just to spark discussion while the stream is down? What if they come to my house?
BBL’s partner, Kemal Can “KendineMuzisyen” Parlak, was one of the earliest streamers to support pqueen. Kemal Can criticized Twitch, which has not made any progress and has not shown any action for days.
In the tweet, Kemal said:
Will you do anything now? @Twitch
Twitch, which did not make any statement after this cyber attack, still maintains its silence. Decisions not taken will harm Twitch Turkey and its surroundings.
