VALORANT Will Allow Betting Company Sponsors

VALORANT, which has put a strict ban on betting companies to sponsor teams, returns from their thought.

Riot Games was taking a stance against betting companies in the arena of VALORANT as well as in the arena of League of Legends. But according to the latest allegations, the company seems to have turned from this attitude.

According to the news of the Turkish esports news company Esporkolik on its Twitter address, Riot Games will take a soft stance against the sponsorships of betting companies from now on. But it is expected that he will display this soft attitude only in VALORANT.

As it is known, the VCT rule booklet was published in 2021. According to the booklet, gambling companies and cryptocurrency exchange companies cannot sponsor teams. After these bans, several esports companies had to part ways with their sponsors.

Before that, one crypto money company announced that it was bankrupt and decided to withdraw from the market. That’s why Riot Games has reservations about it. It surprises the community that he took such a decision after these hesitations.
