Velocity Gaming Transfers DeathMaker

Velocity Gaming, one of the strongest teams in India, has added DeathMaker, a former player from Godlike Esports, to its roster. The transfer fee paid by Velocity was not disclosed but it was a very important move to strengthen its squad.

Velocity Gaming, champion of VCC India Qualifiers, strengthened their roster with a proven player. The Indian player, who switched from CS:GO to VALORANT, has proven that he is a valuable asset for his team. However, after losing its key player, Excali, to Samurai Esports, Velocity needed a player like DeathMaker to fill his spot. Still, Velocity chose to fill that spot with Agneya ‘Marzil’ Koushik. Giving the expected performance, Marzil also played a big role in the championship of his team. After all, Velocity had no intention of waiting. Wanting to further strengthen its squad, the Indian team increased its numbers to 7 players with the transfer of Debanjan ‘DeathMaker’ Das.

The new roster of Velocity is as follows;

  • Anuj ‘Amaterasu‘ Sharma
  • Tejas ‘rite2ace‘ Sawant
  • Vibhor ‘Vibhor‘ Vaid
  • Sagnik ‘Helff‘ Roy
  • Agneya ‘Marzil‘ Koushik
  • Mohit ‘mw1‘ Wakle
  • Debanjan ‘DeathMaker‘ Das

Velocity Gaming’s DeathMaker transfer seems to make them unstoppable. According to TalkEsports even though the transfer has not been finalized yet, the acquisition has already been completed and will be announced to the public soon. After that we will start to witness Velocity’s next generation game.

We will be able to watch this fight during the VALORANT Conquerors Championship on August 19th. Velocity’s success from this tournament will leave no major obstacles to their participate in VALORANT Champions 2021. The fact that a team from Asia competes with the world’s biggest players in this tournament will be another reason for us to be on our toes.
