Vitality have claimed the ESL Pro League Season 22 title after sweeping Falcons 3-0 in the grand final — finally ending their long-awaited trophy drought!
The ESL Pro League Season 22, held in Stockholm, Switzerland, concluded with a massive grand final clash between the Arab powerhouse Falcons and the French giants Vitality. After the addition of kyousuke, Falcons found their form and reached the final in pursuit of their second title. Standing in their way was Vitality — who had gone four months without a trophy since their last triumph at the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025.
In the grand final, Vitality delivered a flawless 3-0 performance, completely dismantling m0NESY’s Falcons.
The man of the moment was undoubtedly flameZ. The Israeli rifler was on fire, posting a 1.42 rating on Train and a 1.71 on Inferno, dominating both maps single-handedly. On the final map, Dust II, he shone once again with a 1.65 rating, just behind mezii, and was rightfully named the MVP of the Grand Final.
Despite his incredible showing in the final, flameZ did not win the tournament MVP award — which instead went to his opponent, m0NESY.
And truth be told, m0NESY absolutely earned it: across 15 maps, he achieved a 1.38 rating, with his closest competitor being FaZe’s new signing Twistzz at 1.33. Interestingly, flameZ did not even make the overall top 10.

| Dan ‘apEX’ Madesclaire | 40 – 41 | -1 | 70.3 | 0.96 |
Without a doubt, Vitality have dominated 2025. They won seven titles in the first half of the year, entered the second half without a trophy, and finally broke their streak with this ESL Pro League victory — ending their semifinal misfortune in style.
We want to equal the legendary Astralis’ 2018 record by winning 10 trophies this year.
