Vitality Win the BLAST.tv Paris Major Champion!

With the amazing game they showed in the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023, Vitality became the champion of the last CS:GO Major!

Vitality, which advanced from Europe RMR Group B with a score of 3-1, qualified for the Champions by making 3-0 with its great performance in the Legends stage. In the Champions Stage, they won 2-0 against Into the Breach in the quarterfinals and then won 2-0 against Apex in the semifinals to advance to the final.

GamerLegion, another finalist, made an impressive comeback from 0-2 in the Challengers group and advanced to the Legends stage with a score of 3-2. In the Legends stage, they defeated strong teams such as fnatic and advanced to the playoffs with a score of 3-1. GamerLegion became Vitality‘s opponent in the final by first beating Monte, the team of miracles, 2-0, and then unexpectedly beating Heroic, 2-0.

Vitality won the first map Overpass easily with a score of 16-6 but in the second map, Nuke, even if they had fall behind they managed to win with a score of 16-13 and became the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 Champion.

Recently winning the Intel Extreme Masters Rio 2023, Vitality won their first major as the last major champion.

This major is the end of an era for CS: GO. Since it is time for Counter-Strike 2, we will be watching majors in CS:2 soon. The first major of CS:2 will be organized by PGL and it will take place in Copenhagen.
