What’s Happening at PGL Major Stockholm?

The biggest tournament of the year in the CS:GO scene has already started. So what’s going on in PGL Major Stockholm 2021?

The tournament, which started on October 26, continues with breathtaking excitement. Challengers, the first stage of the tournament already ended. And we are now at the Legends part of the tournament.

Copenhagen Flames, the underdog of the tournament, passed the Challengers stage with a 3-0 series. Thus, the team went directly to the Legends stage. At this stage, they will compete against the bests in the world. Another team that was able to achieve this series was FaZe.

GODSENT, which consists of a solid team of Brazilian players, started the tournament quite ambitious. The team, which includes experienced players such as TACO and felps, left the tournament after the first 2 days. Saying goodbye to their major dreams, the Brazilians seem to have a hard time to collect themselves.

We also have to address the success of Entropiq. Despite everything, the team managed to advance to the Legends Stage. The team aslo increased the Russian population in Legends. This might be a sign that Russian teams will be the dominant force in the latter stages of the tournament.
