The tournament organizer has announced REPUBLEAGUE Season 3, which will include a new format and a €140,000 prize pool divided between the closed qualifier and the main event. Beginning in February, four open qualifiers will be held from February 6 to 13, with two of them allocated for V4 teams (Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland). Each open qualifier’s champion will advance to the 16-team closed qualification.
The closed qualifier will have a €20,000 prize pool, and seven teams have already been invited. Three of the four V4 invites went to Enterprise, Entropiq Prague, and Budapest Five, while five of the eight ranking invites went to ENCE, Apeks, Sprout, SINNERS, and forZe. The four teams from the open qualifiers, as well as four extra invites to be released later, will join the list. The top eight teams in the closed qualification will advance to the main tournament, which will be held in a Swiss style.
