Spirit has announced the signing of tN1R from HEROIC, while zont1x has moved to the bench by his own decision.
With this change, tN1R will take the place of Myroslav “zont1x” Plakhotia, who departs Spirit’s active roster after two years. The Ukrainian rifler was promoted from the academy team in July 2023 alongside Artem “ArtFr0st” Kharitonov and Danil “donk” Kryshkovets. In his rookie year, he went on to win multiple championships, including IEM Katowice, BLAST Spring Final, and the Perfect World Shanghai Major.
The Russian organization clarified that zont1x was moved to the bench at his own request.
A few months ago, Miroslav informed the Team Spirit management that he needed some time to resolve certain personal issues. It took us some time to provide him with this opportunity while also avoiding negative consequences for the stability of the roster. We undoubtedly respect Miroslav’s decision.
Spirit
Throughout all these years, zont1x has made tremendous contributions to the development of our roster both inside and outside the game. Miroslav’s composure, humanity, and consistent performance have made him an indispensable part of the Team Spirit family.
Although Spirit has shown strong performances this season, they have not reached the same level as before, often falling behind MOUZ and Vitality in several tournaments. Following these results, the team made its first change by bringing in zweih in place of magixx.
Current Spirit roster:
- Leonid “chopper” Vishnyakov
- Danil “donk” Kryshkovets
- Dmitry “sh1ro” Sokolov
- Ivan “zweih” Gogin
- Andrey “tN1R” Tatarinovich
- Sergey “hally” Shavaev – Coach
- Boris “magixx” Vorobiev – Substitute
- Myroslav “zont1x” Plakhotia – Substitute
