Acend made a statement on Twitter about Mehmet Yağız “cNed” İpek, who was mentioned in the Twitch Bit Scam controversy.
In the statement, Acend said that cNed was unintentionally involved in Bit Scam. However, they acknowledged that cNed received Bit donations from scammers and did not report it.
The leaked Twitch revenues list clearly shows who received Bit donations from these scammers. There are other streamers and players like cNed who claim to have received Bit donations from these scammers without a deal.
I think Twitch management and Turkish authorities will make the necessary evaluations. At this stage, it would not be correct to say guilty or innocent by only looking at the leaked list.
