ESC Announces Its Roster!

Following the failed Cossacks project, two long-standing figures in the esports scene are embarking on a new season with a fresh team. ESC has recently revealed their Ukrainian lineup, featuring Ioann “Edward” Sukhariev and Vladyslav “bondik” Nechyporchuk as the notable names.

ESC, a German esports organization with a rich history dating back to Counter-Strike 1.6, has been known for housing renowned teams like the Polish Golden Five in 2012. The Golden Five lineup boasted esteemed players such as Wiktor “TaZ” Wojtas, Filip “NEO” Kubski, and Jarosław “pashaBiceps” Jarząbkowski.

Now, ESC is venturing into the Ukrainian scene, assembling a roster comprised entirely of Ukrainian players, with Edward and bondik taking center stage in their lineup.

Over the past month, ESC has gradually unveiled their team roster, revealing new players one by one. They started by announcing the signing of Edward, a highly accomplished player who achieved great success with Natus Vincere, including multiple tournament victories and three Major runner-up finishes. In 2013, he was ranked No. 16 in the HLTV top 20.

Another familiar face joining ESC is bondik, who has played for several prominent CIS teams over the years, such as FlipSid3, HellRaisers, Gambit, and Winstrike. He has participated in seven Majors throughout his career, with his most recent appearance being at the FACEIT Major in 2018.

In addition to Edward and bondik, ESC has also announced the addition of Oleksandr “Shara” Hordieyev as the team captain and Oleksandr “Smash” Turchyn, previously of EC Kyiv, Daniil “t3ns1on” Kashura, and Maxim “MUV” Ulyanchenko as part of their lineup. The team went through a meticulous process of revealing each member, creating anticipation and excitement for their fans.

  • Oleksandr “Smash” Turchyn
  • Maxim “MUV” Ulyanchenko
