Virtus.pro has secured the services of their talented AWPer and in-game leader for an extended period, as Dzhami “Jame” Ali has officially agreed to a long-term contract extension. The organization made the announcement, revealing that Jame’s contract will now run for the next four years.
Jame, who is 24 years old, first joined Virtus.pro in December 2019 following a successful stint with AVANGAR. During his time with AVANGAR, he achieved notable accomplishments such as reaching the grand final of the StarLadder Berlin Major and emerging victorious at the BLAST Pro Series Moscow, where he lifted the trophy with his team.
Overall, Virtus.pro has expressed their confidence in Jame‘s leadership abilities and his exceptional skills as an AWPer by securing him on a long-term basis. The organization believes that Jame‘s presence and contributions will continue to be instrumental in their future endeavors.
Jame is an exceptional player. There are very few captains with his understanding of the game, tactical thinking and level of individual skill in the professional scene. He is the backbone of our roster, so renewing his contract was one of the most important tasks related to the CS:GO roster. I am sure that Dzhami will lead our club to many more victories!

In addition to his previous achievements, Jame notably earned the title of Major MVP when he and his teammates triumphed at the IEM Rio Major. This victory took place under the banner of the Outsiders organization, which was sold and moved to Armenia following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
I have been with Virtus.pro for a very long time, the club has become a second home for me, so the decision to extend the contract was quite a simple one. We have a great mutual understanding with the players, coaching staff and management, we all want to achieve victories and we are ready to work really hard for it. I’m happy to spend many more years with the Bears!
